Omega Tau Sigma is a professional fraternity which promotes veterinary medicine. Since its charter in 1965, the Kappa Chapter at Iowa State University has been giving veterinary students the opportunity to enhance qualities in themselves to become better people and veterinarians.
Our Mission
Advised by Dr. Eric Rowe, Omega Tau Sigma continues its mission to provide valuable resources, enrichment, and fraternity to its members as well as service to its community. We are an organization that is dedicated to supporting the development of well-rounded, ethical veterinarians who serve the varied needs of our animal kingdom with honesty, morality, resourcefulness, and fraternal love.
“OTS is a great way to get to know people in other classes and to get involved in the community. Socials were awesome for meeting new people and blowing off a little steam. I also used some OTS alumni for helping me find externships during fourth year.”
